For a 32 ounce French press put in 84g of coffee and 30 ounces of cold water and stir. Don't press it immediately! Put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours and then press for cold brewed coffee. This was a batch of Rocket roast and came out rich, silky, and chocolaty.
