Our take on traditional Italian Espresso. We created this espresso blend to be smooth, velvety with a chocolaty balance. It is roasted to maximize flavor without being to roastys or smoky in taste. This espresso is consistently created to achieve this taste 12 months of the year. The bean composition will change as we follow the seasons to get our hands on fresh crop but is blended to achieve same taste shot after shot.
