Great coffee starts at the source. From bean to cup, every step shapes what ends up being in your morning brew.
We work closely with farms to bring you the best coffee in the world
Behind every coffee is a network of growers, harvesters, and producers. We prioritize partnerships that support sustainable practices and fair working conditions, so every cup reflects care at every step.
Good coffee is a team effort
Our baristas fine-tune every detail—so what ends up in your cup is balanced and consistent. It’s a small but important part of the process that reflects all the care that came before it.
Brew Methods
Our suggestions for making the best cup every time no matter the method.
Aero Press
Best for: Smooth, rich coffee with low bitterness
Grind Size: Medium-fine ground coffee
How to brew:
1:15 ratio (about 17g coffee to 255g water)
- Insert and rinse the paper filter
- Add coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour in hot water and stir gently
- Let steep for 30–45 seconds
- Press slowly over your cup (about 20–30 seconds)
Try the inverted method for a fuller body and more control over steep time.
Chemex
Best for: Clean, light-bodied coffee with clarity
Grind Size: Medium-coarse ground coffee
How to brew:
1:16 ratio
- Rinse the filter thoroughly
- Add coffee to the filter
- Bloom with a small amount of water (30–45 seconds)
- Slowly pour remaining water in steady circles
- Total brew time: ~4–5 minutes
Pour slowly and evenly—Chemex filters are thick, so patience gives you a cleaner cup.
French Press
Best for: Full-bodied, rich coffee
Grind Size: Coarse ground coffee
How to brew:
1:15 ratio
- Add coffee, then hot water
- Stir gently and let sit for 4 minutes
- Press slowly and serve
Skim off spent grounds from the top before pressing for a cleaner cup.
Cold Brew
Best for: Smooth, low-acid coffee
Grind Size: Coarse ground coffee
How to brew:
1:5 ratio for concentrate
- Combine coffee and water
- Steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours
- Strain and dilute to taste
Try it over ice with a splash of milk or water to open up flavors.
