This coffee is sourced from Northern Sumatra and is a dense bean that is a wet-hulled process. The beans are pulped immediately after being picked and then soaked in fermentation tanks before being laid out on raised screen tables to dry in parchment. After the coffee dries the beans are dry milled for export.
